Cryocure’s COVID-19 Notice:

•  All employees and members will have their temperature checked daily. Per CDC guidelines, individuals with a body temperature greater than 100.4 degrees will be asked to reschedule

• Employees and members must NOT have symptoms and not have come into contact with a known coronavirus carrier within the past 2 weeks

• Everyone (employees and members) are required to wear a face mask while in the facility(gloves are suggested) — if you do not have any we can provide these for you

• We are cleaning the facility around the clock beyond CDC guidelines and our clients expectations — particularly for high touch point surfaces

• We will have a contactless hand sanitizer at our facility for everyone to use
